- Small bumps or wheals at injection points are normal and settle within 24–48 hours
- Avoid makeup for 12 hours to keep injection sites clean
- Skip saunas, steam rooms, and intense exercise for 48 hours
- Do not apply active skincare (retinoids, acids) for 48 hours
- Stay hydrated to maximise the plumping benefits of the HA
- Protect your skin with SPF 50 daily
