Unlimited
Unlimited gives you 18 months of treatments on the area or package you choose — up to one visit every month, for as many visits as your skin needs. When the 18 months are up, you keep one free top-up every year for as long as we are open. It costs about the same as nine single sessions.
One visit per calendar month on your chosen area or package, starting from the day you buy. Most people need eight to ten treatments — anything beyond that is already included.
Once your 18 months are up, come back once a year for a complimentary top-up wherever there is visible regrowth — for as long as InnoDerm is open.
Pregnancy, medication, illness or a long trip abroad — tell us and we will freeze your plan. Your term is extended by exactly the length of the pause, so no time is lost.
One treatment per calendar month
Your practitioner sets the interval, usually four to six weeks depending on the area. It is a clinical gap and cannot be shortened.
Unused months do not roll over
A month you do not use is not carried forward or added to the end of your term.
One area or package per plan
Unlimited is bought for the area you choose. Any additional area is a separate purchase.
48 hours' notice to move an appointment
Reschedule with more than 48 hours to go and the month is not used. Less notice than that, or a missed appointment, and the month counts as used.
Skin assessment and patch test first
Both are required before your first treatment. If it is not clinically safe to treat you on the day, that month is not used.
Non-transferable, and no discounts
Unlimited cannot be sold, gifted or shared. Prices are fixed and it is non-refundable.
Permanent reduction, not permanent removal
Most people see a significant reduction after eight to ten treatments, but results vary with hair colour, skin type and hormones. We cannot promise a set number of sessions.
Unlimited is paid in full when you buy it — card, cash or bank transfer. We do not offer credit or instalment plans; if you would like to spread the cost, third-party services such as Klarna are arranged directly between you and the provider. Courses of 6 and 9 sessions are no longer sold.
