Alina Tugui is a passionate aesthetic therapist, educator, assessor, and Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) with over five years of experience in the aesthetics industry. She has dedicated her career to helping people feel confident in their own skin by combining advanced treatments with evidence-based practice and personalised care.

She holds VTCT Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 qualifications in Beauty Therapy, along with advanced certifications in laser and IPL treatments, skin boosters, mesotherapy, injectables, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures. Alina is also a qualified Aesthetic Teacher, Assessor, and Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), enabling her to educate, assess, and support future aesthetic practitioners while promoting the highest professional standards within the industry.

Her academic background includes a degree in Technology of Cosmetic and Medicinal Products from the State University of Moldova, where she developed a strong scientific foundation in skin physiology, cosmetic chemistry, and product formulation. She has also completed a degree in Business Management in London, combining her clinical expertise with strong leadership and business management skills.

Over the years, Alina has undertaken extensive training in a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including HydraFacial, Morpheus8, exosome therapy, skin boosters, mesotherapy, polynucleotides, IPL photorejuvenation, BBL HEROic, MOXI laser treatments, laser hair removal, chemical peels, and Kobido massage. She believes that every treatment should be tailored to the individual, with the aim of achieving healthy, natural-looking results while prioritising patient safety and long-term skin health.
