Questions from City professionals

Honest answers

  • Can I get an aesthetic treatment during a one-hour City lunch break?

Yes. HydraFacial, anti-wrinkle injections, polynucleotides for under-eyes and Dermapen 4 all fit inside a 60-minute appointment. INNODERM is two minutes from Tower Hill station, so total door-to-door from an EC3 desk is typically 50–55 minutes. Book the 12:30 or 13:00 slot.

  • How far is INNODERM from Bank, Monument and Liverpool Street stations?

Monument is a 4-minute walk, Bank is 7 minutes, Fenchurch Street is 5 minutes, Aldgate is 8 minutes, and Liverpool Street is 12 minutes. The closest station is Tower Hill (2 minutes, District and Circle lines).

  • Which treatments leave no visible trace for an afternoon meeting?

HydraFacial Elite MD, anti-wrinkle injections, and polynucleotides for under-eyes all leave zero visible signs and can be done before a 2pm meeting. Avoid Morpheus8 or Dermapen 4 if a same-day client-facing session is critical — book those for a Friday afternoon with the weekend for recovery.

  • Are evening or Saturday appointments available?

Yes. The clinic is open until 20:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00–19:00 on Saturday. The 18:00 and 18:30 weekday slots clear quickly — book 3 to 4 days ahead. Saturday slots typically need a week's notice.

  • Is INNODERM doctor-led for all injectable treatments?

Yes. Every injectable — toxin, dermal filler, polynucleotides, lip filler — is performed by a GMC-registered medical doctor. The clinic does not delegate injectable work to nurses or prescribers. This is independently verifiable: search any practitioner on the GMC register at gmc-uk.org.
