How does the credit work?
Each monthly payment is added to your INNODERM account as treatment credit, to use on eligible treatments and products at the clinic.
Do member discounts apply to anti-wrinkle injections?
No. Member discounts and complimentary extras never apply to prescription-only medicines.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from My INNODERM or by contacting us. Notice, the 14-day cooling-off period and what happens to unused credit are set out in the membership terms.
Do I need a consultation first?
New patients start with a consultation, so your practitioner can plan how to use your credit safely and to best effect.
