Wheelchair Access

INNODERM Clinic offers wheelchair access for patients, with a dedicated accessible entrance and wheelchair ramp to assist with entry. Disabled toilet facilities are available on site.

Visually Impaired Patients

For visually impaired patients, we offer the opportunity to have an escorted tour of the public areas of the facility on arrival, to help familiarise yourself with the layout of the building before your appointment.

Translation & Chaperone Services

We can offer translation services where necessary. Please refer to our Chaperone Policy for more information regarding having someone accompany you at a consultation or treatment.

For assistance with translation or to arrange a chaperone in advance, please contact us at [email protected].

Equality & Disability Commitment

We are committed to equality and diversity in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 and the Disability Discrimination Act 2005. We do not discriminate against any patient or member of staff on the basis of disability, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or any other protected characteristic.

Continuity of Care

Where necessary, and in the case of an emergency situation where the current premises are unable to be used, we can carry out appointments or consultations virtually.

If for any reason we are unable to provide the service to patients we will, where possible, provide patients with details of an alternative local treatment facility.
