Traditional non-invasive RF heats the skin from above — energy must travel through the epidermis to reach the deeper tissue, which limits how much heat can safely be delivered. FaceTite places the RF source under the skin (through a tiny entry point), with a corresponding return electrode on the skin surface. Heat is delivered precisely between the two — concentrated in the subcutaneous fat AND the underside of the dermis. This is why FaceTite achieves contraction and contouring that non-invasive devices typically can't match in a single session.

Recovery is faster than a surgical facelift but more involved than a non-invasive treatment. Expect swelling, mild bruising, and tenderness for 5–10 days; a compression garment around the lower face/neck is worn for the first 3–7 days. Most patients return to desk work after 5–7 days once swelling has visibly settled. Visible skin tightening builds progressively over 3–6 months as collagen remodels in response to the controlled heating. Final contouring is usually visible at 3 months post-procedure.
