Both are injectable skin-quality products combining hyaluronic acid with a polymer matrix, but they differ in composition. JuveLook combines PDLLA (poly-D,L-lactic acid) microspheres with HA — the PDLLA provides a gradual collagen-stimulating effect alongside the HA's immediate hydration. Lenisna is also a PDLLA + HA formulation engineered with slightly different particle characteristics. Both are CE-marked products. Your practitioner selects the right one — and the right delivery depth — based on your skin's current condition, the area being treated, and your goals.

The standard course is 3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart, with maintenance every 6 months. Some patients with very dehydrated or sun-damaged skin benefit from 4 sessions initially. Each session takes around 45 minutes including topical anaesthetic time.
