Third, the resulting golden plasma is either injected into the target area or applied topically immediately after microneedling so it reaches the deeper skin layers. The full appointment takes around 60 minutes.

They are different tools rather than a "which is better" choice. PRP is autologous (from your own blood), so allergy risk is essentially zero and your body recognises every molecule. The downside is variability — your platelet quality on the day affects results. Exosomes are factory-prepared with consistent batch-to-batch quality and no blood draw, but they come from a non-human source (plant or stem-cell).
